Ari is the most motivated and naturally talented Associate Producer that I have had the pleasure of working with in my career.
Id Software was Ari’s first official job in the game industry and he seamlessly assimilated into a work environment with seasoned veterans. As a Certified Scrum Master, Ari fit right into our development process. He was able to oversee several scrum teams and manage any issues that came up during their releases. Ari quickly earned the respect of the team through his people skill, organizational skills, and adherence to the process.
In his role as an Associate Producer, Ari has been tasked with an enormous workload outside of his scrum teams with limited oversight. I have watched Ari adapt flawlessly with each new challenge. Some of these tasks were outside of his comfort zone, but he never fails to deliver.
I believe Ari is a unique talent and he has my highest recommendation. To work with him is to know that he will be a leader and major force in the game industry. If you have the opportunity to work with Ari in the future do not pass it up.

Ari is one of the best up and coming developers I have seen in a long while and a joy to work with. He exemplifies the passion, communication, organization, team collaboration, thoughtfulness, and drive for excellence that is needed in a producer. Ari brings the team together, and any team is better for his involvement. Wherever I was, if I had the opportunity, I would hire Ari to work with him again in a heartbeat.

Ari is easily one of the most positive and professional people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. His incredible creativity combined with an unmatched personal drive make him an invaluable resource on any project. He is very easy to work with and always kept everyone pushing forward in the right direction. I really can’t say enough positive things about him. He is an excellent teammate and I’d work with him again in a heartbeat.

I had the pleasure of seeing Ari come into the industry fresh from college and watch him grow into someone that holds schedule and empowerment to the development team with the highest regards. Ari has a great work ethic and does what it takes to make sure that people have what they need in order to do their jobs. There were many times that I would leave the office late and night or come in during the weekends and Ari was there at his desk, working away. I’d work with Ari again in a heartbeat.

Ari is one of those few and far between folks. I often find myself asking how I got so lucky to have such a talented individual fall before me. While at Emotional Robots I got to know Ari and I saw something special, a person who has vested interest in not only seeing the project through, but helping his coworkers succeed. Ari has this uncanny ability to organize and stay on top of things, even when the team is crunching and everyone is scrambling to meet deadlines, Ari remains cool and collected. When working alongside Ari it’s easy to see his passion for games, he is like a sponge who soaks up everything. Ari is as dedicated as they come, he has sincere love for games and it shows throughout his work. Ari is a team player who really knows how to rally the troops and keep spirits up, he has great communication skills, as well as written.
It’s always hard to write a recommendation for someone who is as diverse as Ari Patrick. I guess its best to just say that, whatever the challenge may be or whatever the issue is, Ari can stand up to the task and get the job done, he is an invaluable asset to any game development team.
